Abstract Background Primary gastric lymphomas are rare tumours and account for 5% of all neoplasms. Esophaphageal even rarer, accounting 1% oesophageal tumours. Incidence these have been increasing over time there is need to understand this tumour subtype. This a single centre study esophagogastric period 15 years. Methods Between 2005 2020; patients who were diagnosed having lymphomas, retrospectively studied. Their clinical records assessed age, gender, signs symptoms, histological type, association with H pylori, LDH levels, stage at diagnosis, treatment Endoscopy follow up survival. Results 66 lymphoma, out which 4 (6%) 62 (93.93%) gastric. Median age was 77 years (Range 41-102 years), 39 male (59%) 27(41%) female. Anaemia the commonest sign (53%), followed by nausea/vomiting (45%), weight loss (44.5%), abdominal pain (40.6%) dysphagia (24%). 15.6% found pylori 10% had Barrett’s. Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphomas (28.33%) MALToma’s (26.6%). 60% T3/4 diagnosis 9.7% other OG malignancies. 53% received antibiotics, 61% chemotherapy, 16% chemoradiotherapy surgical resection. survival 3 (range 0-14). Conclusions Esophagogastric successfully treated chemotherapy promising The presence comorbidities limiting factors in overall disease prognosis.
